To clean acrylic items, you can use a damp cloth and rubbing alcohol.

We are unable to accept returns and refunds on all of our personalized items due to them being one of a kind and unable to resell. We are always happy to provide proofs of our items before we laser to make sure you are 100% happy before we laser!

All of our orders are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified by you at checkout. Please allow 2-7 days processing time for us to personalize your items to perfection for you! (Although we aim to complete within 2-3 days)

You will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment  of your order to enable you to track its progress until it reaches you safely. 

If you require a proof for your item, we are more than happy to provide one for you before we laser to ensure you are 100% happy with your item.
