  • DO YOU OFFER RUSH ORDERS?
    Contact us here with when you’ll need your items and I’ll let you know if we are able to accommodate! Rush order fees will apply and Shipping costs will be based on your specific order
  • WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?
    All US orders over $150 ship free! For orders under $150, we offer $12.99 flat rate standard shipping. You may upgrade your shipping to priority at a flat rate of $24.99 or a flat rate of $54.99 for express. Keep in mind, if you are local you may absolutely opt for free local pick up!
  • DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
    We do not currently have any promos or discounts happening right now. Follow us on Instagram (Click here) where all updates on future sales and/or giveways will be shared!
  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    Our current lead time is approximately 2-3 weeks. When your order is complete, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once your order has been marked shipped it’s officially in the hands of UPS or USPS! Because of this, we cannot guarantee the exact date your order will arrive, but please kindly keep in mind we are doing our absolute best! Please keep the estimated time in mind when purchasing and making decisions regarding shipping upgrades!
  • ARE YOU OPEN TO COLLABORATIONS WITH INFLUENCERS IN EXCHANGE FOR EXPOSURE?
    We do work with several 'influencers'. However, all influencers pay full price for our products and recognize that we are a business with operating, material and time costs to cover in order to continue to maintain a profitable business and not be out of pocket. Regrettably, 'exposure' does not pay our bills and we kindly and respectfully ask that you do not request our services for free or at a discounted price. Thank you so much!
  • HOW CAN I PROTECT MY SIGNS?
    All items arrive in protective wrap. Once you have checked your order is as ordered, please keep them in packaging until your event to prevent scratching, fingerprints, or dust. If you take the items out of the packaging, try to cover them back up during travel. If your signs have 3D elements, do not stack them directly on top of each other without something in between.
  • HOW DO I CLEAN MY SIGNS?
    To clean, lightly spray glass cleaner on a microfiber towel and gently wipe. Do not use alcohol to clean! It will remove the lettering.
  • DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
    Due to the custom nature of these handmade and personalized products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Please double check our processing times & make sure your order details are correct before purchasing.
