To clean items, you can use a damp cloth.

We are unable to accept returns and refunds on all of our personalized items due to them being one of a kind and unable to resell. We are always happy to provide proofs of our items before we laser to make sure you are 100% happy before we laser!

All of our orders are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified by you at checkout. Please allow 2-7 days processing time for us to personalize your items to perfection for you! (Although we aim to complete within 2-3 days)

You will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment  of your order to enable you to track its progress until it reaches you safely. 

We do not send proofs with our ornaments as standard but please feel free to include a note at checkout if you wish to receive a computer proof before we laser. We are more than happy to provide!
