We offer free pickup on all orders in South Jordan, UT. Select pickup option at checkout to remove shipping costs if applicable. We will notify you through E-mail when your order is ready for pickup and provide you with pickup instructions for your preferred pickup location. 

Color of text on our items cannot be altered, as our items are all permanently laser engraved, as opposed to using vinyl or stickers. Acrylic etches a silvery white color. Wood and canvas engrave a dark brown. Leatherette etches the color listed in the title. i.e Blue/Black is a blue leatherette item that etches black. Powder Coated Stainless Steel etches Silver.

We aim to personalize and complete your order within 1-5 working days.
We ship all of our items via USPS First Class, Priority or Priority Express Mail. We provide a tracking number on all orders. If you require a shipping upgrade to Priority Express, overnight delivery please upgrade to this service at checkout.       
Priority Express is the only shipping service that USPS insures against late delivery. Please note – while we are happy to advise on shipping methods and time frames, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries. Please contact us if you have a specific deadline to meet and we can advise if an additional rush fee may apply to expedite your order.
